Common Questions

  • Are highly trained staff are committed to giving you an assessment to determine which is the appropriate treatment for skin care concerns and needs.

  • CoolPeel is a non-ablative CO2 fractional laser system that's used for laser skin resurfacing. Unlike many other light-based devices used for laser skin resurfacing, CoolPeel is far more gentle while remaining just as effective.

  • Each laser is different. A general rule of thumb IPL-hours to 48 hours of mild to moderate redness.

    LHR-little to no downtime.

RF Microneedling-redess x 24-48 hours of redness (similar to traditional microneedling)

CO2-redness and swelling 24 hours to 5 days depending on the intensity and depth of the treatment.

  • Yes you do!!  We recommend that you are out of the sun for 2 weeks prior to treatment and for 10-14 days post treatment to ensure the best results.  You must also avoid self-tanning creams/lotions during this time (same as above).

  • Laser Hair Removal is not 100% hair removal (that is electrolysis). LHR will reduce your hair follicles by about 80%, however hair growth is dependent upon hormones (puberty, pregnancy, menopause and even endocrine disease processes such as thyroid disorders).
